Step 1: Detach the Door Hinge Trim Panel
- To begin with, place a floor jack under the Ford F150 door. Also, ensure to place a few rags between it and the door so that no paint peeling issue occurs.
- Then, open the rear door in the right position.
- After that, take out the door hinge panel from the car’s body if it’s equipped.
